When will my order ship?

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery to the USA is 11 to 15 business days after processing. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally extend delivery times.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Noyella ships to the USA only.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other supported methods.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact support@noyella.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We can only make changes or cancellations before an order has entered processing or shipment.

Is checkout secure?

Payments are processed through secure checkout technology. Noyella does not receive or store your full payment card number.
